GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this rare restored 1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT for your consideration. Finished in striking Medium Cobalt Blue over a stunning Red and Gray interior, this Giulia Sprint GT is powered by a 1600cc front-mounted inline-four engine paired with a desirable 5-speed manual transmission. This example is a Sweden import and benefitted from a comprehensive frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration completed approximately two years ago, with an estimated 1,000 miles on the fresh build. The restoration emphasized correctness and quality, with original components rebuilt rather than replaced wherever possible, including a rebuilt cylinder head with new valves and valve guides, new pistons, new crankshaft bearings, new timing chains, breakerless Pertronix ignition, and a new clutch disc and bearing. The gearbox has been inspected and serviced, and a new exhaust system has been installed along with a new Pirelli "donut" driveshaft coupling. Suspension and steering upgrades include Koni Classic shock absorbers, Lemförder steering rods, new ball joints, new sway bars, new caster arms, and a new idler arm. Braking is handled by a Dunlop brake booster, and the pedal box has been fully rebuilt. Additional highlights include a dashboard refinished in correct gray "Nextel" finish, instruments removed and cleaned, new headliner, new leather upholstery, Carello headlamp inserts, new rearview mirrors, and chassis components refinished in two-component Teknodur 0050 polyurethane black.
