1958 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Vintage Race Car Project.
The preferred 750 series, short wheelbase version of the beautiful Giulietta Spider. This Alfa was well prepared and vintage raced in CA for years before I bought it in race ready condition and raced once at Willow. I then purchased an Elva Mk7 and put all my efforts into that car. The Alfa was then parked and has been sitting for a number of years. It has all the correct racing suspension modifications, fuel cell, etc. Currently fitted with a later Alfa 2 liter motor with some performance mods. I'd estimate aprox 140hp. Alfa 5 speed transmission with common slow synchro on 2nd gear. Carbs should be rebuilt. It will need a complete going through and cleaning up but all the hard work, modifying and sourcing parts, etc. to make it a correct vintage race car has been done. Many photos available. Please note that the photos are before being stored for several years and the car is not as clean now. Paint is cracked in a number of places and there are several areas of rust visible....
