1957 Willys 4-75 Pickup Additional Info:

Selling a 1957 Willys Overland Jeep truck 4 wheel drive, powered by the 226.2 cubic inch flat-head 6 cylinder. Horse power and torque with the rating of 115 hp and 190 -lbs. ft. torque. This beautiful pick-up continues to wear 90% of its original "construction yellow" paint from the factory! Pretty much the entire bed has had a peachy colored paint applied over the original paint as pictured. Truck has spent all of its life in the dry Southern Utah desert! Speedometer/ odometer works and reads 75402, engine runs very strong. Has a sticker that reads re-manufactured production no. 161143 6 volt system; these work: headlights, tail lights, front blinkers/ marker lights, instrument cluster light and dome light! Brakes are not working. Transmission includes 4 stick shifts, one is A Warn all range over drive. Reliable manual Worn locking hubs! Body is straight and solid except for the lower tail ends of the front fenders as pictured. Interior is in good shape other than some pieces/ panels, the original material is wore out and damaged. Unfortunately, when the factory installed a rubber "Willys" floor mat they used a pad underneath that would retain moisture. Both drivers/ passenger side floors have small areas where it has rusted through and will need replacement pans installed. Doors open, drivers outside handle needs work but opens flawlessly from the inner handle. Both side windows unroll just as they should and so do the wing/ vent windows. Factory 16 inch steel wheels, tires hold air but are old and weather cracked. This truck runs awesome, lots of power, shifts well and very fun to drive! Over-all this gem is an excellent candidate for a daily driver/ restoration project. The paint is not perfect and has areas of imperfections, zoom in for a closer look. Pick-up is 62 years old and I consider it a true survivor for sure. It turns heads, thumbs go up and makes people smile! These are getting difficult to find in this original condition. If you have any questions please ask: Message me on Ebay or call me (Ben) (435) 287-7713. Minimum deposit of $750 within 24 hours of purchase.
