I have seen a lot of these over the years and they are normally rust buckets and have been molested by every owner they had and never have the original equipment. NOT THE CASE with this one.
1974 VW Bus Westfalia! This is a one owner bus bought new and used with one family over the years. About 4 years ago the motor was rebuilt and she was used 3 times before she was put up. The gentleman that owned this bus passed and left it to his son and I bought it from him. This bus is SOLID!
Has sink, refrigerator, pop up roof bed, single carb, floors are all rock solid and roof and glass are also in great shape with no leaks.Front seats have covers with extracushion, however they are in fine shape under covers matching to the rear beds and theydon't have any rips in them. She has a lil rust in the rockers but easy fix and do not affect the bus in any way.
She was started up and drove great from Sarasota florida to Hudson florida. She has a new fuel filter and fresh gas. With a tune up she will be road worthy to travel as you see fit. Tires are good but if it was me I would replace. Other than that what you see is what you get tune her up and camp as is or do a full resto this is the one to do it too. No bondo, all metal bus and no one has mixed matched parts. You just don't find one owners all in tack like this anymore. Please call me at 240-876-9374 with any and all questions.
