Up for Sale is a nice original 1983 VW iltis type 183. It's 4×4 and is a blast to drive to the car shows or keep has an investment. It's been in a private collection and is now for sale. I have more pictures available!
The Volkswagen Type 183, more commonly known as the Iltis (German for polecat), is a military vehicle built by Volkswagen for use by the German military. Production years were 1978-1988. About 9,547 built and 8,800 for German forces which 747 others for personal use. The VW iltis type 183 is powered by it's 1.7L engine and has a 4 speed transmission.
This car is in good condition and very comfortable & fun to drive. Does have it's minor dents etc from age, but solid car! You'd better get used to a crowd forming around you with this car wherever you go. Miles are exempt. I'm located in Miami about 30 minutes away from the airport.
