1958 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Additional Info:

Solid 58 Diamond Gray imported from Sweden.Originally purchased in Sweden in October of 57.The Swedish plate is still on the front of the vehicle and has the VIN embossed on it.I have the documentation from the Swedish Motor Vehicle department going all the way back to the original owner. It has been repainted with the original color at one point in its lifetime.It has the original sun visors which do show some cracking which is typical with age. I have an extra right side visor I will include with the sale. The semaphores move and illuminate. Still has a 6 volt system with the 36 Horsepower engine. Windshield has been replaced. All the other glass is Sekurit.
New window seals, door seals, trunk and deck lid seals.New interior from SewFine.New headliner from Lenny Copp / West Coast Classic Restorations.Headliner professionally installed by First Ave Trim Shop in Posey County, Indiana.Indiana title in my name. Ready to sell.
This is not a "project" waiting to be finished. It is ready to go.It is not 'perfect' but it looks great. Some surface rust near the left side mirror and there is some minor work done on the hood on the right side about the half the size of a smart phone.
