Vehicle was purchased from Small Car in Tacoma WA early 2014 and we took delivery late 2014 . Receipts for complete build out available upon request and best way to understand what this vehicle is. Visit their website Small Car Tacoma WA. and then look at the $85,000 build out.
In short purchased WC rust free "shell" and then pulled Westy Interior, replaced with Weekender, added Syncro, added SC AC, installed brand new Subaru TDI Boxer Engine, all new everything: brakes, coolants pipes again detailed receipts available.
Vehicle has been in the NE for 2 years. I have driven it for 2 months on temp plates on trips and will not be able to use it in the coming years and do not have indoor storage. Vehicle has already a bit of surface and seam rust. Very minor and early, I have treated it but it would be the only thing this needs.
Also original shell Westy was bought by Small Car with a salvage title, however was a small electrical fire that brunt the engine out - body was perfect except small smoke coloring in engine compartment. Reason I had not plated it in CT as I was working with CT DMV to remove the "salvage". This is possible in CT and we can discuss me titling it as such if your State will not oblige.
