1993 Toyota Supra Sport Top Twin Turbo -Mechanicallyin excellent running condition!
This is my dream car that I purchased last year; and it has not disappointed. However, familycircumstanceshave changed to were I need the money more than my play car.
The car is in excellent mechanical shape. Runs and drives great with no warning lights, no fluid leaks, no smoke, etc...
When I received this car it was pure stock. I had all of the basiclong-termmaintenance performed: new timing belt, new serpentinebelt, new water pump, new plugs, and new brake pads.
Above this I performed the BPU - Basic Performance Upgrade. These parts very safely add about 100HP to the car. As a matter of fact, the back tires burned out so much, that I put Nitto Street Radials on just so I can hook up that power. This car so fast for so little in modifications: Tanabe exhaust anddown-pipe, Greedy boost controller, and FCD.
Additionally, I replaced the stock suspension with some CXRacing 32 way AdjustableCoil-overs. The car is lowered just a tad, but it makes the car look so much better. (Just my opinion.)
Finally, I replaced the front speaks, added a Bass Amp (with sub volume control) and sub.
If you are into upgrading you cars, this is an awesome car with so much potential. The Toyota 341E Automatic Transmission can be upgraded to handle more than +800WHP, and will shift faster than a manual. You can also install a torque converter that will gain you torque on the high end, and put you into boost power very fast. There are also various options to allow the 341E to be manually run through the gears with a TransGo shift kit or various other paddle shift options on the market. The 2JZ block is good over 600 to 700HP with just head studs and a head gasket!!
This is my guess on the power level of this car and it's potential.
