73 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ55 NR ! Description 1973 Toyota Land Cruiser Limited Edition FJ55
Condition: Brand new paint and interior. Cosmetically nearly flawless. Runs, drives and stops. Shifts smoothly and 4WD appears to be working well. Needs choke adjustment for cold start, electrical work to make lights and gauges work, and one rear wheel brake cylinder seems to be leaking.Drop Box link to more pics;

It is in DMV records as Salvaged. New owner will have to complete DMV requirements for Title, which is basically a brake and light inspection to obtain title
Some info on the reason for salvage. It had clean title but was taken to Copart for auction sale. If we had a dealer license they would have transferred clean title. Because it was a private party sale and Copart is a salvage auction they salvage title. Damm
There are some repair panels in lower rear quaters

We purchased this beauty from an auction in Southern California to use for film production. It appears to have a brand new paint job and interior. When wegot it, there were still a couple little pieces of cardboard in the door gaps with paint on them, that is how new the paint and interior is. When we picked up the truck I sprayed some starting fluid down the carb and it started right up and I drove it home. From there it has sat a couple months, waiting for a film job that never happened. I believe that this car has sat for some time before I purchased it.
Cosmetically, this is one of the nicest old Land Cruisers I have ever seen. Mechanically it seems good, but I haven't spent the time to go through it completely. I put a new alternator and voltage regulator on it, but I think a fuse is blown or a wire is cut because the headlights and gauges don't work. In addition, it appears that one of the rear wheel cylinders is leaking, because the rear reservoir in the master cylinder was empty and the back right drum had a little oil on the back side of it. The choke needs to be adjusted because the car needs starting fluid to start it, once it warms up it idles and runs fine. The tires have about 20% tread left. We never got Title just Bill of Sale.
from COPART salvage auction
