At the time of the conversion a new gas tank was installed with all new lines. (Original documentation of this comes with the vehicle) Clutch was also done at that time. Aluminum radiator. Edelbrock carburetor. Tons of power! Original 4 speed runs great, as well as the 4x4(transfercase)! Front knuckles were rebuilt, along with new rod ends in the steering. Axles and brakes are solid. The following has recently been done:New alternatorNew A/C compressor w/ new lines and dryerNew heating hosesNew billet pulleysNew carpetNew front seat upholsteryNew dash coverNew Kenwood CD, Bluetooth, USB stereo and front speakersNew speedometer cableNew front grille and headlight doors.New wiper blades and a bunch of other misc small items.Powered steering box resealedReplaced bumper ends with nice used in undamaged ones.
New paint job back to factory original Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 1987 white. (Slightly off-white)The roof, lower rocker panels, fenders, door jams, and hood were all very tastefully linexed in the matching original color. The reason for this is these are all the places where, after 8 years of building Land Cruiser, I find that the paint fails and doesn’t hold up. Under normal use, and heavy use, these areas have been fortified so the beautiful appearance of this truck can last decades more to come. If you have any questions about this process don’t hesitate to ask.
Be truly unique in this classic Land Cruiser!
I have a clean title in hand. I also have the original owners manual, original window sticker, a few service records, and the documentation from the engine conversion. There are some minor flaws to the interior door panels, as seen in pictures. If you have any questions about this vehicle don’t hesitate to ask. Vehicle is sold as is and as stated. Any other questions are the responsibility of the purchaser.
