RIGHT hand drive

REALLY AWESOME VEHICLE!

Original B2 engine runs great - no known issues.

Perfectly roadworthy.

Currently registered and licensed in Texas.

Driven occasionally.

There are very few BJ41s in the United States.

It takes about 5 minutes to get used to driving with the steering wheel on the right - it’s simple, fun and talk about a head turner!

Did I mention it’s a DIESEL?!

I purchased this vehicle in Japan in 2008 and drove it daily while living there. I loved it so much that I brought it back to the US with me in 2009. Since then it has been driven occasionally during its partial restoration, and was stored indoors for a 2 year period when I was overseas 2012-2014.

Mileage is unknown; odometer reads 37,660 kilometers.

New clutch, gas tank,roof, tires.

A/C is original.

Aftermarket radio/CD player (works sometimes) with DC to AC converter.

Partial restoration includes:

  • professionally sandblasted/repainted hood, sides, side doors, ambulance doors, bumpers
  • professionally reupholstered seats
  • 2 rear double jumpseats (seats 4 people in the back)
  • rear overhead jumpseat seat belts(3 of 4 installed)
  • new gaskets around doors and windows
  • new chrome hood and windshield locks
  • interior rubber mats

The pan/body, windshield and frame have rust that could use addressing at some point. Will be a great project for a classic landcruiser lover, with a good bit already done for you, or you could just drive it as is like I do!

Currently located in Willow City, TX (between San Antonio and Austin).

Cash or Certified Check only.
