This FJ40 Land Cruiser could not be more fun to own and operate. With its original 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed transmission still in place it starts right up, runs very well, shifts smoothly, accelerates nicely, does not overheat and stops on a dime. It has one re-paint in its life and appears to have its original seat covers. Tires are almost brand new and it really is a joy to drive. I believe that the 4 wheel drive works great but has not been tested in some time. The original PTO style winch (optional) is in place and has not used for awhile. Mechanically this FJ is very solid. The paint is showing signs of aging but still cleans up nicely and is very presentable as you can see in the pictures. The soft top has been recently replaced and is in really good shape, the zippers all work, there are no tears and the windows are clear but needs to be cleaned on the inside.
What a great weekend driver or candidate for a frame off restoration. This baby is priced to sell and will consider reasonable offers so don't delay.
