1969 Toyota Land Cruiser Additional Info:

This Cruiser has been a labor of love. The wife in our family is the Cruiser fanatic and this was a gift to satisfy that fanaticism. Project fatigue and (moreso) a new baby with a further drive gives us the need for a carseat-capable modern SUV. The project started in 2012, and “finished” in 2017. We’ve put countless hours into this rig (and more money than we had ever imagined!). We bought it with about 40k original miles on it and have rebuilt it to differing levels of awesome and drivability culminating with its current state.

It's a complete frame-off restoration.A 1969FJ40 with a late 1970's Toyota 2F engine swap fully rebuilt with a dyno break-in. Currently, the engine has about 75 miles on it since the rebuild.
High-level specs: Rebuilt Toyota 2F, Rebuilt Toyota 4-speed transmission swap (from the original 3 speed). Toyota FJ40 OEM power steering added. Front disc brake conversion added. Toyota OEM heater added. The metal is completely rust free - the body and tub have been fully rebuilt on a rotisserie spit with the frame off. Any traces of body rust were cut out and the metal replaced, welded and sanded smooth. Painted in original Toyota Sky Blue with color-match raptor liner covering the tub flooring and undercarriage for added strength. HFS suspension with 2.5" lift, 33" BFG MT tires - matching spare wheel and tire as well as hubcaps included. Weather cover also included.
See photos for an idea of how clean it is! The rebuild was delivered in 2017 with WELL over $5k and 80 hours put in since the rebuild. I have over $45k into the project. I had to stop counting once I hit the $45k mark (cognitive dissonance) - these are all raw costs excluding my time.

Any lingering mechanical issues and problems from the rebuild have been fixed and the car is running perfectly. I may consider trades that fit my explanation in the first paragraph...but please make it worth my time.
