1969 Shelby GT500 Additional Info:

1969 Matching number Shelby GT500 Convertible, Automatic transmission, 3:50 Traction lock rear end, power steering, power brakes, AM radio, power top, tinted glass, etc. Shelby was repainted in its original red many years ago and still presents itself well. Original engine was detailed as well as the rebuilt original transmission. All suspension parts were rebuilt or replaced. Rear end assembly was disassembled and detailed as original. All new brake and fuel lines were installed. Underbody was previously undercoated so it was stripped as best as possible. Then, it was painted red oxide. As per pictures, this Shelby has its original motor including correct carb, distributor, radiator, air cleaner, snorkel, heat shield and smog equipment. This Shelby is not concours quality but an excellent original driver condition car. Our restoration shop did the tear down and detail work.
