1969 Saab Other deluxe Additional Info:

I am selling my beloved vintage 1969 Saab 96 V4 Deluxe. I am moving to New Orleans and having a car with no AC down there and moving it that far is not practical. I saved this car from a filthy garage and also bought a parts car (parts car not included). I had Dennis Sweeney Saab get it back on the road in the spring of 2014 I believe. Since then, I've had regular maintenance and inspections. I've installed a kit that allows the transmission to be easily adjusted to the body (it comes lose over time). A lot of cosmetic work such as badges, paint on the wheels and grill, etc. I've also had the slave cylinder of the clutch replaced.
This is a reliable daily driver with no known mechanical issues. It has wear and tear as it is not a trailer queen, but an actual driver. The only thing that doesn't work is the horn and I believe that is the switch on the column that is faulty.
I have attached several pictures, some of which are from the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, which is a great event here in Pittsburgh. People love this car and think it's some high priced auto when they see it.
On the negative side, it has some small rust holes in the floor pans, but it doesn't have rust issues that make it structurally weak. I have never taken it out in the winter and it has resided in my garage while winterized every year.
It barks the tires in second gear still, even though it's unrestored. I'll try to post some more interior pics soon.
