This gorgeous 911SC comes in the rare color of Kiln Red Metallic, which could be best described as a mixture of red and copper. Certainly in straight sun light, the glaring reddish copper color truly comes out and it’s very eye-catching. The glossy exterior of the car is very nicely complimented by Pearl White seats, which are in outstanding shape! The rest of the interior comes in classic black leather, which also is in top condition. The AC has been converted to R134 and has been recently recharged. All instruments and gadgets are fully functional, including the sunroof and the more modern Alpine radio unit. Car also sports new Lloyd mats with red Porsche lettering. The engine compartment has been very nicely refurbished, which included a new motor sound pad. The front compartment is equally as nice and has been recently fitted with brand new proper Porsche carpeting. The factory Fuchs are in excellent shape, and are fitted with close to new BFGoodrich G-Force Comp-2 tires. The performance of this 911 is spot on! The 3.0 SC motor is known to be among the most robust of the entire 911 line. The car cranks right up and immediately goes into a steady idle. It freely pulls through the gears with spirited performance and taught handling. The transmission was rebuilt in 1999, and the motor in 2015. The car also has the very important chain tensioner upgrade and pop off valve. In May of this year, the car received a complete brake overhaul on all four wheels. The car comes with a nice service history, which is documented via a folder full of service receipts, and also via stamps in the Porsche Maintenance Manual. This car has resided in sunny Texas for its entire life, and has always been properly maintained. This is an exciting investment you can drive and enjoy! The appreciation upside is enormous!
