Silver Metallic color was not offered to the public in 1965 for 65' 911 models. Cause PORSCHE Raced in Silver Metallic. (See PORSCHE Dealer color chart in photos, Silver Metallic color was not offered, not even as a special order.

I’m selling full car collection, See cars description below and some in last Photo.

You might like one ;-)

Last 1965 Silver Metallic Porsche sold at auction for $407K as shown in attached photo, and that PORSCHE did not Race.

Kardex shows lots of mechanical work done to the car immediately after completion date, this shows that it could have been a factory Prepared Porsche race car, Porsche racing color was Silver Metallic. Car Runs very good!

Seems like the car continued racing cause it has a 1973 Porsche 911 strong Engine and RSR racing body kit, it does have the original factory matching number transmission. If racing history is found this car is worth more as it is. If not, original fenders are underneath the RSR fenders, which will make it easier to restore it back to original, and then you have a $400K rare Silver Metallic PORSCHE.

I've own the car for 20 years, only decided to sell it now, cause I have an investment opportunity to buy Technology shares before they go public.

This is why I’mwilling to sell the car for much less then $407K. And also selling my full car Collection.
