1979 Porsche 911 Additional Info:
Beautiful 1979 Porsche 911 SC Targa with Gemballa wide body kit and turbo look. Dark grey exterior with gray and silver interior. This car has been refurbished and upgraded inside and out. It pulls strong in all gears and drives straight as an arrow. Momo steering wheel, BBS wheels, fresh paint, new interior upholstery and dash, electric seats. Tires are in great condition.I have owned the car about two years and purchased it from a seller at the Monterey Mecum auction. The previous owner did all of the work on the car.
There are a few mechanical items that need some work, and I haven't had time to get to these yet:
There is some rust on the heat exchangers that causes some secondary combustion, so these should probably be replaced.
There is an oil leak. I have dye in the oil to try to determine where it's coming from.
The odometer stopped turning at 82K miles.
