1978 Porsche 911 Additional Info:

I am the 3rd Owner of the vehicle, previous owner for more than 20 years.Originally red SC and in the 1990's he decided to do an 994 Turbo S Replica. The car was stripped down, a steel wide body conversion and full paint in yellow was done.At thattime he got a hold of a 3.3L engine and decided to upgrade the tired 3.0. I got the car about 18 months ago, the car was stored on his garage for the last 5-6 years. See the picture when we pulled it outside the garage.

All the work was done on our family business Meca Car Wash and Service Center you can search us on Facebook and Google.

We have been doing business in Puerto Rico for more than 40 years and

are winers of the local Chamber of Commerce Service Business Award on 2015.

Most of the parts used on this work were purchased from Vertex in Miami, FL. You can contact

Leo and ask about us. Also I am a member of Pelican forum under the alias ivanuf, there you can see postings of this and

other projects I have done in the past.

The car has $10,000+ in parts and 150hrs. + of labor. You can no recreate this vehicle for less than $40K to $45K

that if you can find a wide body with good engine/transmission for less than $20k (unreal on this market)

I was at the Mecum auction in Kissimmee last January and there were only a couple of all the 911's for sale as nice as this one.

All the mechanicals and electrical are sorted and up date.

The car can go cross country as soon as you buy it.

You can leave if as is and use it or it will be an excellent base for a backdate project.

I will post all the photos I have on my flickr account you can search for ivanuf and there you will see more pictures of the car and the work done.

The car has some minor dents and scratches but they are not many and there are detailed pictures on the flickr album.

Also I uploaded a couple of videos with details of the car. Look in youtube for user ivanuf2 to see them.

The car is located in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Shipping to PR to the main land is the same as shipping from state to state. There are ships that sail every week and the price is very affordable. The cars in Puerto Rico have to comply with the same regulations as in the states and they are US market cars.

I have sold several cars in the past via eBay to the states. If you are a serious bidder my recommendation is to contact. puertoricocartransport (google it) or call 1-904-322-7644 for an exact quote form the port of San Juan to your location. You will arrange shipping to your desired location and they

will give you a reservation number. Once I have that, I will deliver the car to the port for shipping and send you pictures along the process.

For example the last car I sold was a GTO and shipping from San Juan to Louisiana was about $2,000.
