1981 Pontiac Trans Am 2dr Coupe Additional Info:

I purchased this car a few months ago, with the mistake of not getting it inspected. I paid the price for a nice car, but needless to say I did not get the car that I thought I was getting. I mention this for the reason of the quick turn around. This car needs work (as described below) and I don't have the skill nor the money required. For this reason I am listing the car at a low price with no reserve. I have attempted to describe the car as best as I can. The engine seems strong. As normal with these cars, the battery drains, thus I disconnect the battery, and only connect it to start it up to run the engine for a bit once a week. I have driven it about 50 miles in total.

Known Issues:

• The two switches for the two map-reader lights need to be replaced. They work and then they don't work.
  
• Clock and trip-mileage knobs do not move/work
  
• The cigarette lighter sits loose, but it does get hot when pushed in
  
• Turbo lights functions on high brightness. On low brightness only Medium and High turn on, Normal does not turn on.
  
• Power locks trigger but don't actually lock the door. Manually locking the doors works.
• Passenger windows must be lowered slightly to close the door properly. If the window is all the way up, the glass makes contact with the frame preventing a complete close. Once the door is closed you can fully raise the window.
  
• Not all fender side-lights turn on when using blinkers or parking lights (tail and front do turn on)
  
• Front bumper has two scrapes that have been touched up
• Broken corner on tail light (a new tail light cover is on order)

Payment Methods
Cash, bank transfers, wire transfer. Funds must be in US dollars only.
Deposit
A $750 deposit is due immediately. Deposit is non-refundable. Buyer must make contact within 24 hours.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due within 3 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle and the deposit is nonrefundable. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaves my premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

I have described the car to the best of my ability, mentioning all problems that I know about the car. This vehicle is being sold as is, with no warranty, expressed written or implied. No allowance will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the vehicle, and be satisfied with the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement only.
