RARE 80's Classic N Body Grand Am - Runs Great! - Daily Driver or Minor Project

Great running and handling rare and original '89 Pontiac Grand Am that I have had fully tuned up, just gave another high quality oil change, 4 new tires, new front seat covers, thermostat,wipers, e-brake hardware, brake line etc... and just passed New York State Safety inspection. Body is very solid and engine compression was checked and still strong. Interior is in very nice shape as well. Can be used daily and/or minor restoration project as it could use paint job, replacement of doors (used were available last I checked) due to rust on bottom of both doors from dried up door window weatherstripping, rust in 2 wheel wells and here and there but no major rust underneath. Has a/c but does not work as someone in the car's past removed some major a/c parts that can be replaced... but has great heat. Lighter does not work and headliner is neatly tacked up but could use replacing. Car runs very well so you can decide to do no work and use for transportation or easily restore it to full glory while you drive or store it and possibly see it grow in value since these are very hard to find.
