1955 Pontiac STAR CHIEF CUSTOM CATALINA Additional Info:

I have owned this 55 star chief for a number of years with the intention of restoring it back to original condition, but health issues has stopped. During this time period, I have stripped the body to bare metal, repaired all dents and replaced the driver floor pan, which was not real bad. Removed all chrome, sent all of it to Dallas to the chrome shop, and had everything replated, shown still wrapped up in plastic. EVERY part for the car is there, along with some extra parts from another car. The car has factory power windows that still work, the original engine runs, no smoke, or leaks. The factory stainless fender skirts are still there also, shown in pictures. Back glass is missing. There are 2 small spots of rust, 1 in inner rocker, and one on driver side hat rack behind rear seat. Original hubcaps are still on the car. The car yard drives as is. Original color is fire gold and white mist. Costs for rechroming was 3,600.00 alone, and these items are very hard to find. I am listing this with no reserve, hoping someone will take it and complete it. This is a great candidate for this with a solid body.
