1970 Pontiac GTO, 455CID, 4Speed, Convertible, built in Pontiac, Michigan. Pontiac Historic Services (PHS) documentation. Cardinal Red, Red interior, white convertible top (but black now). Interior components are there including correct red GM seat belts, driver side power seat, custom wood steering wheel, Rally gauge cluster, AM/FM Stereo radio, factory trunk deck lid release button in glove box, console and console lid. One-hundred fifty-eight (158) were produced in this drive train and convertible combination. PHS documentation, Engine firewall GM Trimtab and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) confirm authenticity.

Features: Stock: Custom wood factory original steering wheel, original factory Rally II wheels, comfort weave interior, power convertible top with glass rear window, bucket seats (electric driver side bucket seat), non-air conditioned, original numbers matching drive train, original AM/FM Stereo radio, original rally cluster gauges, dual exhaust with original style exhaust splitters, front disc brakes and rear drum brakes,hood tachometer, trunk mounted rear spoiler.
History: Vehicle originally delivered to dealership in Owen, Wisconsin, September 30, 1969 and delivered to the first owner in Ludlin, WI. Vehicle then purchased by a collector in Minnesota. Later sold to another Minnesota car enthusiast. Then sold to me fifteen (15) years ago. Starting mileage on car when I purchased: 81,500. Engine overhauled at 78,071 miles...cylinders honed. Additional details documented. Approximately 350 miles driven per year over a 15 year period. Always stored in winter. Just restored the original Harrison Radiator and upper and lower hoses. Radiator insulators were intact and are original part numbers and were re-installed after clean up. Original Harrison tanks reinstalled with new radiator core!
