1979 Pontiac Trans Am ws4 Additional Info:

relisted as a "buy it now" because ebay trolls have nothing better to do then bid on cars and not pay.
Here's a 1979 ws4 trans am 403 auto. It's an all original and numbers matching car. The only un original items are the radio and a repaint back in the early 90s. No accidents no stories. I have a stack ofreceipts for EVERYTHING dating back 30 plus years. Every oil change, light bulb, inspection, repair. I bought the car from my cousin a few weeks ago. She's owned the car from 1986. She really was hoping I would restore it and bring it back to it former glory. But my family is expanding soon and I just don't see when ill have the time to dedicate to this restoration. She bought it directly from the original owner. I have his information as well. This was her daily driver for a period of time and then for many, many years her baby that she only drove on weekends. Unfortunately she never garaged it and it sat under a cover in her driveway for long periods of time. You'll see from the pictures that the body has rust in some weird places from it being covered. It also has rust in all the common places as well. Trunk pan is rusty but not rotted through. Floor pans are in good shape from what I can see from under the car. The frame is solid and I've taken some pictures of that as well. Factory Cruise control, the doors aren't sagging and close with ease. the windows and power door locks work. Car has A.C. but its been disconnected. a small exhaust leak from the Y pipe that gets quieter as it warms up. Posi rear works and still lays rubber from a stop if thats what your into. Tires are older but have plenty of tread left. This car has been babied its entire life and would be and excellent candidate to restore. Restore or just drive the way it is. I took it down the parkway and hit 80 mph withease and it tracks straight and brakes feel good. Just passed NYS safety inspection. I will not arrange shipping but will assist in any shipping you arrange. The car also has "LoJack" security system installed somewhere in the car. I have the paper work on all of this.
