1974 Pontiac Trans Am original 455 ci car Additional Info:

This T/A is a original 455 ci, but not #'s matching car, but I believe it is a service replacement engine from 1974.I have the build sheet. This is a A/C car, but quit working a few of years back.Also have the dealer invoice as to where the car was sold originally, purchased info thru Pontiac Historic Services. The car has rusty ext. lower qtr. panels, and can be repaired with patch panels, not rear qtr. panels The inner fender well/inner qtr. panels are rust free. Other than the outside qtr. panels, it is rust-free. I have owned the car since 1997. It is garage kept, never left outside. I drive it to local car shows. You can drive it home. Check the pictures out. I am available 2 to 3 times daily to answer questions. The thing that I am most impressed with about the car is how original it is. It has remained unmolested, down to the space-saver spare and the air breather tube going to the front grill area for cold air. A real diamond in the rough!

vin # is 2V87Y4N149704 the engine code is Y9. The heads are casting 4X, and the date code on the heads is L143,, Dec 14th, 1973
