1963 Pontiac Grand Prix High End Additional Info:

PLEASE NOTE...This car is being sold as a restoration project. Complete with a title and NO VIN TAG! The tag was removed by a previous owner during the restoration process and is lost. This is the tag attached inside the driver's door panel. The body tag is present shown in pics. This shows the cars many options and verifies it as a Grand Prix. Much of the under carriage has been started and completed. The floors have been replaced correctly TO the trunk floor. The trunk area still needs to have that portion replaced. The frame and rockers are solid, rust in lower rear quarter panels but there is a replacement panel that goes with the car. Speaking of that, there is a treasure trove of parts that go with the car. Boxes as seen in pictures, a new carpet set too. I will not sell any of the parts seperately they all go with the car. Buy the car, you get the parts Ok?
Mechanically the 389 4-barrel starts and runs excellent! The notorious Roto Hydramatic transmission was recently rebuillt, but it does NOT shift right! Here are the major options on the car....
Factory Air Conditioning
Factory AM-FM radio
Factory Posi Trac
Factory Tach and console
Factory 8-Lug Wheels
Power windows and driver's seat.
AGAIN, THIS IS A PROJECT AND WILL NEED TO BE TRAILERED TO YOUR DESTINATION....NO VIN TAG!!!
To sum it up, although this car has had and has some rust, it doesn't appear to be a huge rust bucket. The body is straight and it appears most parts associated with the and then some, go with the car. It's a great piece of Pontiac history, hopefully it goes to a good home. I guess as parts or restore. There are plenty of Vin tag services available, but each state is different on how they are used.
