1971 PONTIAC GTO "PROJECT CAR"

This car would make an excellent restoration candidate. It's a very desirable Pontiac GTO. The car has all of it's original sheet metal just the way it left the factory back in 1971. The previous owner had given it a fresh coat of paint but it needs to be wet-sanded and buffed. The car features a really solid frame. Overall, this is a great solid car that needs an easy restoration to be a great driver. It is a "project car". This car has allot of potential because of what it is - a real 242 VIN GTO.

I will include some parts to help in the restoration process. We have some of the factory glass. I have the rear seat and I will throw in bucket seat cores for the front.

My EBAY feedback is very important to me so please ask any and all questions before the auction is over. I will assist your shipper but you must make all of the shipping arrangements. Shipping from Canada to the USA is very easy to do with the assistance of a shipping broker. I have experience exporting to the USA and I would be willing to assist you.

AT CLOSE OF AUCTION
The successful "winning" bidder must telephone me at (905) 933-8119 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. $1,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due within 48 Hours of auction end. Full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction. Payment must made by bank wire transfer only. If the funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, that the Provincial Court of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any action arising out of the underlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the Ontario Superior Court of the Province of Ontario.
I have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. However, I recommend that all buyers conduct an inspection either in person or through a qualified professional third party inspector prior to the end of the auction. If such inspection reveals a substantial discrepancy between the information contained in the listing and the actual vehicle, we will correct the problem or work out a compromise.
I will assist with shipping arrangements however, the buyer pays all shipping costs. I do not have any affiliation with, or interest in, any transportation companies and all questions or concerns should be addressed directly with them.
