Concourse winning car!
Here is some great background about this car!
(One of Five) 440 Six-pack convertible built in 1971. Of the five, only two have their original engine and transmission that were factory “N96” shaker cars. In 2004, the owner, before me, bought this car from Bill Wieman for $500,000 then proceeded to have Ward Gappa do a complete concourse restoration that was loaded with O.E parts at a price of 238,000. Dave Wise did a complete visual inspection that he documented it as a number 1 car. All matching numbers, original drive train, and 80% original sheet metal. I purchased the car from an auction for $755,000. The reason for the purchase was for its rarity. Also, I own theother4 speed 440/6 shakercoda convertible.I thought it would be great to own the two together! Most people realize that the 1971 Hemi Cuda Convertibles go for millions of dollars; however, the 440/6 4 speeds were outstanding in their own right. That is why the gold car is such a great value. They made a total of 1, 12 being automatics. There are two 440 six-pack convertibles that are going through auction in Indianapolis. Both of these cars are fine; however, neither of these cars are 4-speeds, neither of these cars have the critical factory shaker hood, and neither of these cars were inspected by Dave Wise with documented original drive train. This car is truly spectacular. Look at what the values of those 2 cars then compare it to this car; DON’T MISS YOUR CHANCE.

Ive had many calls about the"buy it now" number. Common sense should prevail here! The car went for 755,000 at an auction two years ago. I bought the other car, orange shaker cuda 440 six for 1.6 million. No... im not gonna sell the car for 300 k and take it off the auction. This is a top car, also, i just purchased the Hemi Daytona that was sold to David Spade 4 years ago.The best thing is keep bidding or call me with a real number!

As many people know, there were 11 hemi ebody convertibles built in 1971. There were no 1971 multi carburated challenger convertibles built in 1971. After those 11 hemi cars, 4 "shaker convertibles 440 6 packs convertibles were built!Without the factory shaker,im sure you will agree its a completely different looking car! Two of them were automatics, two of them were 4 speeds. One automatic was purchased by a top collector in usa.The other is in germany and is a restoration project. The two four speed shaker cars are complete no excuse cars!Goldie,as this one is called, truly is a magnificent piece. I have the the 235,000 dollar receipts of it restoration. Dont miss out;call me 5852980283.. Bob
