1967 Plymouth Belvedere II Additional Info:

We are pleased to offer this unusual and rare 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II. This car is very original with all numbers matching 383, V-8, automatic transmission, cold air conditioning, power steering, standard brakes, and pearl white interior. It was delivered new in Jacksonville Beach, Florida in October 1966 and spent most of it’s life in North Carolina. 37 of those years were spent in a hay barn covered with a tarp. It was then sold to a gentleman in Sunset Beach, North Carolina who owned it for two years. He had it stripped down to the metal and painted sunset orange metallic pearl. What makes the car more unusual and rare is it has the Certificate Card with original owners name and two fender tags, one which states that the car is a “special corporate handling car” (which was used to designate service cars, corporate cars, and special order cars) and three build sheets (two which are near mint condition). The restoration shop even found the original carpet tag attached to the carpet. Only five percent of the 67’s had AC and with the options, it makes this car 1 of approximately ten made. Some parts have been replaced due to wear and tear, such as the headliner, seat covers, carpet, steering wheel, fuel tank, carburetor, fuel pump, exhaust, and washer fluid tank and a few other items. Most of the original parts that replaced are in a box that will go with the car and all the trim inside now is original including bumpers, mirrors, fender bullet turn indicators, grill, and tail lights. We even have the original hubcaps. Everything on this beauty works including the original AM radio Trunk light interior lights and exterior lights and clock. The wheels are 15 inch Correct Keystone classics with almost new tires and it still has the original door panels and armrest with original rear ashtrays. Minimal wear on the brake pedal and all the extra panels are original. Considering this car is been off the road and stored for 40+ years it’s a time capsule. The restoration shop has gone through the engine and made sure it’s in great condition the points have been changed to electronic and is in good condition with optimal performance The transmission has been completely checked with new filter in the fluid has been installed. Car has 11k original miles and is stored presently in climate controlled environment. We absolutely will accommodate, and even encourage inspections or requests for specific picture requests. Thank you and bid with confidence.
