1970 Plymouth GTX -- Additional Info:

Ground Up Restored GTX 440 V8 4 speed Console Air Grabber Track Pack /// This awesome GTX, a correctly restored car that's still equipped with original Super Commando power, is one classically handsome Plymouth! This slick B-Body's nut-and-bolt restoration began with a largely rust-free body that benefitted from a fresh set of quarter panels. Once those panels were correctly aligned, everything was carefully massaged to better-than-new condition. And that lovingly prepped canvas was shot, both inside and out, in correct... Ivy Green Metallic 2-stage that's been highlighted with factory war paint. Hoist the car's striped and decaled hood and you'll find an original, 440 cubic inch RB V8 that hangs a correct 2536430 casting number between a November 12th, 1969 casting date and a matching 185367 partial VIN. Behind that Super Commando, a correct A833 4-speed twists power to a tough Dana 60 that's fitted with a Sure-Grip differential and stout, 3.54 gears. Below that proven drivetrain, a familiar front torsion bar and rear leaf suspension has been completely rebuilt to factory specifications. Stops are provided by power front disc and rear drum brakes. Turns come courtesy of factory power steering. And power meets the pavement through chromed Magnum 500s, which spin F70-14 Firestone Wide Oval Super Sport redlines. Open the car's solid doors and you'll find a trio of green-trimmed seats that combine supportive comfort with minimalist style. In front of the driver, a retro steering wheel laps rebuilt Rallye gauges and a vintage Chrysler Solid State radio. And beneath that dash, a wood-trimmed console traces a Hurst Pistol Grip Shifter.
