1947 Plymouth Special Deluxe Club Coupe Low Miles Additional Info:

This 47 Plymouth Club Coupe Special Deluxe is an exceptionally well restored rust free car with only 76,329 original miles. When I purchased the car it had a fairly nice original interior but the back seat rest had began to deteriorate under the back window, where the sun hit. I decided to replace the entire interior with as original fabrics and vinyl. All the stainless has been removed and polished including the grille. All the chrome has been done to a high standard. I replaced the original 117 cubic engine with a 230 cubic inch engine from a 53 Dodge. This engine was completely rebuilt and a higher compression head, special cam, headers and dual Weber Carbs were added This was all done at 75,000 miles. I added an Overdrive Transmission and 12 volt electric system and aluminum radiator. All the glass is tinted and the windshields are new the spot lights are real 5 inch lights. I properly lowered the car with 2 inch lowering uprights. This is a very nice car that you can be proud of driving anywhere and taking to any classic show.
