I am not a restoration expert but I will list everything I know about car:
Engine no known major problems but would need all parts checked
All other parts, starter, brake cylinder, alternator need replaced or rebuilt
Hood non shaker fair condition
Have all seats but interior need complete restore
Major areas of rust that would need replaced 2 in engine compartment, floor board, around front windshield, inside of fender wells
Vinyl top has been removed
One torsion bar broken suggest replace both
