1968 Plymouth Road Runner decor Additional Info:

1968 true RM21 Plymouth Roadrunner 383 4 barrel 4 speed turbine bronze 2 door Post with Decor package.
I've had this car for over 10 years but it's time to go due to lack of use / storage.
Runs and drives great pretty much every thing was replaced/rebuilt/or gone through at some point.
All thats left is to smooth out the body and paint /detail.Cruizes down the highway at about 70mph 3200 rpm
Motor is a mild rebuilt 383. Has SRP pistons, mopar purple shaft, aluminum intak, BIG's built holley and a set of hooker headers and flowmaster exhaust. Power steerin, manual brakes with updated master.
Trans is a 68 date code correct A833 with new syncro's and bearings. 11" factory Bell with new flywheel, center force clutch and throw out from Brewer's.Also from Brewer's is a brand new Hurst complete shifter with linakge, Z bar, push rod, shift boot. its a nice setup no pop out, grinds or vibrations when cruzing.
Years ago i did all new lines ( every single brake and fuel line on the car) from Inline tube along with fuel tank, straps, and 3/8 sending unit. Also replaced all the brakes (drum ) and wheel cylinders and hardware. It does still need the E brake hooked up.
Front end seems tight. Did lower control arm bushings, idler arm and other various components through out the years.
Rear was rebuilt, its a 489 case 8 3/4 with richmond 4.10's and a suregrip. New bearings installed and a 1350 yoke .
Wheels are Wheel vintiques mopar steelies 15x10's out back with massive 325-50-15's. The inner wheel house was trimmed before I got the car and I left it the way it was to clear the tires.
Body had new metal installed from previous owner. half quarters and a trunk pan / drop offs done. The rest of the car is all original metal. Its in a gray sealer primer thats been on for as long as i had it and only a few little spots have rust bubbles poping through (check out the pictures) . No more then a half dollar size on the lower fender and fender eyebrow. and a spot on the door . Real easy fixes but I did not want to restore the body until I had proper indoor storage.never in an accident this cars solid.
The frame, floors, and engine bay are in amazing rust free shape.Theres only one small 8x5 patch on the passenger floor pan. Its so unbelievably clean especially for a east coast car. Very solid chassis is what sets this car apart from others.
Interior is pretty nice, front seat is brand new, carpets good, headliner is new but needs to be pulled tighter or steamed . rear seat is original and cracked in a few spots but presentable. I have the seat belts I'll include never got around to installing them.Heater box was fully rebuilt but recently the fan stopped working . Haven't looked into it yet and honestly never used it anyway. Also the wiper motor turns on when you hit the switch but the wiper linkage isn't attached looks like its missing a clip that holds the linkage to the motor. Front light harness is new, MSD ignition system, Dash harness is nice uncut original. Gauge cluster is nic, (fuel, speedo, work ) aftermarket gauges for water, oil and volts. All exterior lights work, radio works, dome light works.
I have some new gaskets and weather stripping I bought for the car ( for when I eventually had the body work and paint done ) i'll throw in and a rechromed front bumper. Also have new front windshield gasket and clips. window is not cracked but its original and fogged a bit.
Clear title in my name ask any questions before hitting buy it now. Thank you.
