1972 Plymouth Scamp. Originally a slant six car, now has a 1975 400 big block with Edlebrock rpm intake, carburetor, msd ignition, electric fuel pump, push button ignition and custom headers. Automatic trans has a shift kit, anda trans cooler also,and shifts quick and crisp! Power steering, manual drum brakes. 8-3/4 sure grip rear with highway ratio gears (2.74) Body is solid as are the floors, there are some bubbles where the lead seams are where the roof meets the rear quarters. The trunk has a few small holes about the size of your finger tip. I installed an aluminum rad. with duel electric fans, an oil filter relocation kit and relocated the battery to the trunk. Micky Thompson drag radials in the rear. Duel exhaust exits in front of the rear tires and sounds great! Aftermarket radio, heater, and gauges all work, but the speedo does bounce alot. The dash lights don't work but all other lights work including the ignition light! Will need a wiper motor, and the washers need new hoses but the bottle and washer motor are new.Nice white vinyl armrest bench seat Nice chrome, new remote mirror, roadrunner beep beep horn. Bought it earlier this year, but I really want an original stock vehicle, I'm not a hot rodder. May trade for a 1958 Edsel, Model A Ford or 1969 Chevelle, or something interesting and original.
