1946 Packard Clipper Delux Additional Info:

This is a 1946 Packard with a LS1 engine and Corvette front and rear suspensions. It has disc brakes, air ride suspension, Lokar shifter, Ididit tilt steering column, Boss wheels (18 inch all around) series 40 exhaust, power steering and brakes, It is a total frame off rebuild, but not restoration. It is NOT a show car and does have flaws in the body work and front and rear bumpers. I tried to take pictures of the flaws but they did not show up on the pictures. It would not take a lot of time and money to make it into show quality vehicle. Having said that, the car has won awards at car shows because it is so unique. The paint is GM merlot and was professionally painted, but still needs some additional body work and possible respray. It is a great driver but just like to have someone else enjoy it. I have another classic and just no time to devote to both. It took me three years to get the car where it is and as you can imagine much more money than I plan to ask for the car. I do have receipts for over 30K invested, but my reserve is no where near what I have invested, let alone the time and sweat!! I would strongly suggest if you are close enough to come see and drive the car that you do so before you bid and or buy. I do have a standard title and it is titled as a 1946 Packard.
