1970 Plymouth HEMI Cuda 1970 Matt Delany Cuda Incredible Frame off restoration and recent refresh. Finished in the original color of Plum Crazy Purple C7 Ray Barton 528ci HEMI State of the art fuel injection Real U Code 440 4 barrel car Here may be the one and only streetable Hemi Cudas due to its Fuel Injection. With very few original Plymouth Cudas ever finished in Plum Crazy, this is a very rare car. The previous owner decided to take this Cuda to the next level by...leaving the exterior as it would have rolled off the line aside from the wheels and make the motor into a more streetable car. The whole body is in fantastic condition with no dings or dents and the body lines that are better than factory. The paint is in phenomenal condition having just received a fresh cut and buff topped off with a high-quality ceramic coating. The only flaws we have found in the paint are the infamous cracks right below the rear window and a few cracks around the rear license plate indentation. The interior is in showroom condition with no damage to the seats, dash, or gauges. The interior is finished in black with grey inserts in the seats, and it is all tied together with wood inlays in the dash and center console. All the gauges read as they should. One of the most pronounced features about this Cuda is the 4-speed manual transmission that is controlled by the beautiful pistol grip shifter. The engine bay is extremely clean showing no (major) leaks, and this is where this car truly shines. The block is a 528 cid Siamese Mopar with a modified fuel injection system from Rance Fuel Injection. With a 1000 cfm throttle body, this motor was making a healthy 500hp and has since been replaced with a 1250 cfm throttle body, which should bump the power up significantly. Within the last year the wiring, fuel system, and brakes were all redone along with other finishing work, totaling $21,000. This is a great opportunity to own a near perfect 1970 Plymouth HEMI Cuda with all of the right modifications to make it streetable.
