1946 Other Makes LF Additional Info:

This truck is in pretty good condition. Sorry it's so dirty; it seems to rain every time I get the chance to take pictures. The body is in decent shape, with a little surface rust here and there. It runs pretty well. I took these pictures at the Mack dealer; they were replacing the generator. All the safety equipment seems to work except for the wipers. Lights worked last time I checked. The air horn is plenty loud. Brakes seems pretty good - I've driven it in traffic and at highway speeds. It has a five speed front and a two speed rear. I think the PTO works, but haven't tried it. The engine is an enormous 510 cubic inch gasoline V6, with tremendous torque. I really only use gears 7-10. It was last registered to the towing museum at Joe's Garage in New Haven, Conn. I have the letter from the Conn BMV stating that it's too old to have a title. I'll be happy to give you a bill of sale and sign whatever transfer document your state requires.
