Ok e-bay gang, I'm hoping third time's the charm trying to sell my car.
For sale is my 1958 Anglia 100E. I've owned it since 1992 and it's time for a change.
Started out as a two door sedan and became topless in 2006 during one of it's many changes. The latest is going gasser from 15 years of pro street.
Drivetrain is a 2002 Vortec 350. Has a stock rebuild with a Mellings hydraulic roller ( 525 and 540 lift) with 1.6 roller tip rockers and matching springs.
Airgap intake with an Edelbrock 750 carb. HEI distributor. Speedway lake style headers. 2 1/2" exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers.
Trans is a 200 R4 with all the "good stuff " and an 1800 stall converter.
Rear is an 8.8 posi with 370 gears and Moser 31 spline c-clip axles and drum brakes.
Front suspension is a narrowed D100 straight axle with a disc brake conversion ( look up Scarebird ), 1200 lb trailer springs and Speedway shocks.
Rear suspension consists of traction bars converted over to lower control arms only and a panhard bar and Afco coilovers. Has worked well since 1999.
Steering is a narrowed '84 Mustang rack and pinion.
Chassis is made of 2X3 .080" wall and has 12 mounting locations to the body.
Large aluminum radiator with a stainless manual fan,aux. trans cooler and thermostat controlledelectric fan.
Has new aftermarket fuse panel and wires.
The paint is Tuxedo black base with 3 coats of clear. Has some minor wear and tear (cruise nights and parking lots). The interior is nice but not perfect.
Will take you anywhere any time. Just drove it 65 miles each wayto the pumpkin run in 38 degree weather and I survived.
There's a good chance you'll be the only Anglia at your local cruise night or car show.
