1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass Additional Info:

This is a custom street rod. The drivetrain was taken from a 2000 Chevrolet Camaro to include the wire harness, omputer, uel injection. The motor and transmission have approx. 1000 miles on them after a complete rebuild. The motor and transmission themselves have many upgrades. The engine has a forged bottom end, pgraded lifters, ush rods, alve springs, am, iming chain, 43 heads, s6 intake. The transmission has upgraded clutches, ervo, nd a beast sunshell. The transmission is a 4l60e transmission. Its shifts soft enough at part throttle and has firm shifts at fuller throttle. There is a new D1SC procharger with intercooler, atch can, nd 8 rib pulley set up. Max boost is about 9 psi.

The car has many new parts underneath to include tubular control arms, ew shocks, ew springs. All rear control arms have roto joints and are greasable. The lower arms are solid aluminum Currectrac arms. The rear end is a limited slip 8.5 inch from a Buick, t was rebuilt with the motor and transmission. The suspension has about a 1 inch drop overall. There are corvette disc brakes on all four corners. The steering box is a new Lee Engineering box and is a night and day difference from the original. Most suspension parts were purchased from SCandC. If you are into the G-body scene, hen you have probably heard of SCandC.

The interior is mostly original with the exception of the instrumentcluster and the steering wheel, nd two additional gauges in the lower center console. I cleaned and dyed the interior a coupleyears ago. It looks good, lean, nd close to the original color. It's not perfect, ut very nice for a 30+ year old interior. Most of the interior panels are new. The dash is original, ut thanks to being garage kept, s in great condition.

The body and frame are in excellent condition. The body was paintedthreeyears ago by aprofessional. There isno bondo on the body to speak of, ust a skim coat to sharpen the lines and that is it. The passenger side rocker wasthe only panel ever replaced.Although a full frame off restoration was not done, he body was pulled off the frame to checkeverything out and replace all the body bushings. There were some rusted spots on the frame and they were replaced withnew metal. The windshield is new. All weather seals are new. Much of the frame was cleaned and painted when the body was pulled off.The 442 chin spoiler was added, nd the rear spoiler from a Monte Carlo was added, he low profile rear spoiler. The paint looks fantastic, nbsp;it is a 2 stage champaigne/clear coat. Paint code is from a 2004 Honda Pilot.

The wheels are 18" staggered boss wheels with grey spokes and a polished lip. The tires are Nitto 555s with about 1000 mileson them.

I'm surethere are other partsor details that I have not listed. The motor build, nd tuning was done by RPM motorsports in DE. The car has plenty of power for a daily driver or any otherpurpose. It hasa conservative tune, nd boost level, nd put down 500 rear wheel horse poweron a chassisdyno. I have never taken the carto a drag strip, nd have not had any slicks or drag radialson the car.

The car is inVery nice shape, but is not perfect. Inever got around to hooking up the A/C, ut it does have a new compressorinstalled. It needs the plumbing and wiring to be finished up. The wiring is installed and ready to go,the body side of the A/C wiring just needs to be spliced inwith the computer side of the harness and it will be complete. Then it just needs some plumbing and it will be ready to go. The condenser is already in the car. Theblower motor works good and the heat can make it very toasty inside. There is no cruise control installed. There is no parking brake installed. Thepower windows work good, ut the driver button needs a new bezel as the old one cracked. The door seals are new, ut need to be adjusted, here is some wind noise at highway speed.

This car has been in my family since new. I have well over $20,000 spent on the car in the last 5 years.

I have attempted to give as much detailas I can, nd also be completely honest.Of course, will answer any further questions that you may have.
