1993 Nissan 300ZX T-Top Additional Info:

My 2nd Z, this car was purchased to be built/serve as a reliable daily driver. Driven from California to Chicago in the spring of 2010 a 54,000 mile USDM engine was installed by Ultimate Z (Streamwood, Chicago) into a 200,00 mile rust-free chassis. The 120,000 mile maintenance was performed at this time and a Z1 1-piece aluminum drive shaft was installed. Original to the car is a Stillen Intake and Stainless Exhaust and rear hatch strut bar. In 2012 new Tokico shocks/springs were installed and the brakes were completely redone including new Brembo slotted/drilled rotors and master cylinder. In May of 2013 at 221,000 miles a new radiator, all new fuel injectors and ignition coil were installed. In 2014 the car was driven to Sarasota, FL where it became a seasonal car and rarely used. The starter and alternator were replaced in February 2016.Mobil 1 oil is changed (personally by me) every 2500-3000 miles. My neighbor faithfully runs this car for me every other week for the last 2 years and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country.
Engine
Chassis: 236680 miles
Engine: (54K) installed at 201K = 90,680 miles
120K mile maintenance: performed 36,680 miles ago (60K maintenance due in 23,000 miles)
Fuel Injectors: 15,680 miles
Radiator: 15,680 miles
I was informed 2/16 by my mechanic who installed a new starter/alternator that the teeth on the flywheel were beginning to show wear from failed starter. As I was unexpectedly called out-of-state and remain so I have been unable to address this. About a month ago my neighbor who runs this car every couple of weeks informed me that the speedometer is now intermittently working/not working. The 3rd brake light is not working and the AC needs to be recharged. Also the factory radio is disconnected.
Cosmetically the interior is in fair condition with the only real "problems" being the drivers leather seat is worn/cracking and the hatch (rear) carpet delaminated from the "cardboard" backing. Fortunately these are easy fixes and the rest of the interior including all of the suede and the door panels are in very rare excellent original factory condition.
The exterior is in fair condition with a front fascia and passenger side fender that need to be replaced. This damage was caused by a parking lot accident in 2014 and the fascia is now zip-tied and driveable indefinitely (was driven from Illinois to Florida as-is). The original owner shaved (removed) the rear windshield wiper and radio antennae and the Florida sun has caused the paint to raise/peel in these locations as well as others (see pics).
This car is incredibly fun to drive and has the bones to become a perfect 10 with just a little effort put into cosmetics. As reported on Hagerty.com in Ten Emerging Collector Vehicles the Nissan Z32 is becoming harder to find and increasing in price. Unfortunately it is not practical for me to keep this car and I must sell. Vehicle is available for inspection in Sarasota, FL and is sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied.
