1994 Nissan 240SX Additional Info:
We are selling our company show car. We built this car 15 years ago and it has won many, many, many shows and trophy's over the years. This unique S15 front RHD widebody 240SX was also featured in 4 import auto magazines. It was the car we used to showcase our company's abilities. It was the very 1st 240SX convertible to be made RHD and also the 1st to have an S15 front conversion done.
At one time we had well over $60k invested in this car. Obviously... we are not going to get our investment out of the car but it is time for us to move on to other projects... We are building a VQ37VHR twin turbo 240Z now as our new car so we need some capital.
We are selling this as a rolling chassis. We already sold the 5-lug, coilovers, and Brembo brakes
We already sold the SR20DET motorset complete
We are removing the intercooler, radiator, exhaust, and the rear wing
You would be purchasing the rolling chassis that has the following items.....
1994 Nissan 240SX convertible
Vertex S15 front conversion
Vertex Carbon Fiber hood (house of color candy blue on top)
OEM Nissan S15 headlights
HID's
Origin Lab front bumper
Complete RHD conversion (all gauges work)
Convertible doors were converted to non-convertible doors (seat belts removed)
Real RHD door panels were wrapped in real carbon fiber with paint candy blue centers
Has RHD window switches added to it (so you can control the L-side passenger window from the Right side of car)
Rear interior panels were also wrapped in carbon fiber
Center console was wrapped in carbon fiber
Center radio bezel was painted in candy blue
widebody kit was professionally molded to the car
car was painted using House of Kolor candy blue over crush silver
Has a set of 350Z seats that were recovered in black sued w/ red stitch
rear seats were reupholstered in black suede and also has Bride gradation centers (centers are sun faded though)
Has 4 sets of blue racing seat belts
JDM style clear tail lights
The car also has a front power brace
it has a VLSD differential installed
There is a Walbro fuel pump in the gas tank
chassis was set up for a boosted car with a front mount intercooler (intercooler was sold though)
The S15 wide body conversion kit was over $2800
The RHD conversion costs $3500+ to have done
Then there is the 94 240SX chassis itself with a working convertible top....
Installation of the body kit would easily cost you $2500 + paint.
Now, this car has been sitting and not used for 95% of the time we have owned the car. It pretty much only went to car shows and events. It has never been wrecked or hit. The paint has several scratches and blemishes now. But the paint still looks awesome when cleaned up.
I would live to see this car go to a good home and someone that wants to put her back to her one time glory!
And BTW... these are the older pics from several years ago. The 5-lug is gone, the wheels are gone, the engine is gone, etc... When you come to look at it the car will NOT look exactly like these pics anymore. It does roll, we swapped out the full suspension, brakes, and wheels to a customer and put his 4-lug, suspension, and wheels on it. Please look at the 2 last pics I have added showing the exact current condition of the car. This is what you will be buying.
It is a solid chassis that needs a motor....
Please do not call me and offer me $1000 for this car. It is worth a lot more. I will continue to part it out if I don't get a reasonable offer for it.
I also have the car available locally. If someone buys it locally I will be stopping the auction early. The car is available for anyone to stop by our shop and check it out in person. The reserve is low and reasonable. If you are a serious buyer then just bid on the car. I want to sell it.
lastly, the odometer says 128,463 kilometers and OBVIOUSLY this is NOT ACCURATE! We swapped the factory USDM cluster for the JDM cluster back 15 years ago. So... this means the mileage is not accurate.
Call me if you have any questions.
