1976 Mini Classic Mini Estate Additional Info:

1976 Mini Clubman Estate w/ Honda D16 Sohc

This Mini has been my personal car and test mule for my shop for the past 8 years. It has seen every suspension available on it, 3 different engine combinations and became my Icon for my shop. Sadly life got in the way, and many customers cars made this Mini always a backburner project. All the heavy lifting has been done and it has an immense amount of really nice parts. It’s close to being on the road, but still has a few things left to complete before it can be smoking tires and tearing up corners.

Condition:

Overall condition is good, fitted new door skins, repaired rear doors and new gaskets, and new front valence. 1st picture in the listing is what it looked like 7 or 8 years ago. Mini obviously needs a paint job, unless your gonna rat it out or go for some sort of patina look. Car currently runs, but shifter needs to be refabricated (I believe just the steady portion). Front brake lines need to be reflared where it goes into bias valve. Engine standalone harness is good, but body wiring could be tidied up. This mini should make about 150-160bhp as it sits right now. Plenty for most people, but could easily grow to more. Serious inquiries please, I can be reached at (703)216-0921
