Prior to restoration, the car was a southern minimal rust shell. During the complete rotisserie frame strip down, all rusted metal was replaced and welded in and entire underside was sprayed with epoxy protective coating. All body work and paint was done very well and custom painted in a high quality “house-of-colors” brand base/clear root beer metallic. The car presents very well, it is not a concourse quality paint and prep, but more of an exceptionally nice daily driver.

The engine has been professional rebuilt. The engine runs very strong and idles smoothly. Oil pressure holds steady and high when fully warmed up. PO had done many tasteful mechanical upgrades to enhance the drivability including, re-worked head, perf cam, Bell sport 2” stainless steel exhaust, rebuilt SU carburetors, too many small parts to list.

The car runs and drives exceptionally well. Suspension and steering are very solid with no rattles or wheel shimmy. The 4 speed transmission engages smoothly and quietly in all gears. This is what sets this car apart from all the other MGB listed on Ebay.

I have tried to include as many pictures to depict the true condition of the car. Please e-mail if you have specific questions. Please keep in mind that the car is 48 years old and although excellent condition for its age, due to normal wear and tear, have realistic expectations for a vehicle of this vintage.

This car is being offered in a no reserve auction with a very modest starting price. Please email and I will promptly assist you with any questions you may have. I will make myself available for anyone requesting a physical inspection
