1972 MGB Project requiring minimal work to complete

1972 MG MGB Additional Info:

Need to sell immediately, moving and can't take it with me, my loss is your gain. This 1972 MGB was rebuilt about 12 years ago and driven for two years until an illness forced the owner to garage the car for the last 10 years. The car was pulled out of the garage to clean the dust off and checked over. When this was rebuilt, it had a new wiring harness, new floor pans welded in, all suspension, brake and shocks were replaced, new fuel tank, fuel pump, water pump, paint in excellent shape, wire wheels, interior in good shape, no rips or tears. Engine turns over, cylinder head was pulled and mag/fluxed showing no cracks. This car requires a minimal amount of work/expense to get it running and back on the road. I don't have the time or expertise to complete the work. These cars in good running condition sell for a lot more than I'm selling it for. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to finish it off and flip it for a good profit.
