1977 MG MGB Stock Additional Info:

This car has just undergone a complete and extensive multi-year restoration from the ground up! This car only has 54,800 original miles. The car was taken completely apart and everything was either refurbished, rebuilt, or replaced. Engine and Transmission rebuilt, New clutch, New Carpet, New Leather Interior, ($2,500 alone for the interior kit), New Battery, New Top, New Tonneau Cover, (Needs to be installed), New Tires, New Wiring Harness, Wire Wheels, original Zenith-Stromberg Carb replaced with twin SU Carburetors with K&N Air Filters, New Suspension bushings, etc...etc... It has a regular 4 speed manual Transmission without Overdrive. The car Runs, Shifts, Drives, and Stops as it should. This Car looks Practically Brand New! The underside of the car looks as good as the exterior or interior of the car. The car has only been driven about 300 miles since the restoration. To have your MGB restored to this Level of restoration would cost you between $20,000 and $25,000 and take anywhere from 1-2 years, and that's only if you could find a competent mechanic who knows British Cars that could fit you into his busy schedule! This car is ready to go with no waiting necessary! The only thing that doesn't work on this car is the Radio. A new Radio with new Speakers are installed, it simply needs to be hooked up. (I'd Rather listen to the sound of the engine!). Spring is here and what better way to enjoy it than in a Classic two seat open top roadster! The car is for sale locally and the auction is subject to cancellation if the car sells locally before the end of the auction. Low Reserve! Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Good Luck!
