1975 Mercury Marquis Additional Info:

NO RESERVE AUCTION
Not only can you get a fab ride for cruising to the car shows but it is a movie car as well.

This 1975 Mercury Marquis is just coming off the set of the new movie Nightblade coming out late 2016 or early 2017. Own a piece of movie history with this car. The movie is being produced by Jim O'Rear & Scott Tepperman and will star Todd Bridges, Betsy Rue, Robert Lasardo, Jim & Scott. The car will be seen in many of the scenes in the movie. A 1997 owner's manual that was in the car was signed by the stars of the movie. Once the movie is released you will be provided with a copy of the DVD.
The car originally came from Central Illinois where the owner lived. It was purchased then by another Central Illinois resident and was then transported to TN for the shooting of the movie. The car rides and drives great. The only issue is the AC is currently not working as the compressor locked up and the door panels have some slight cracks as many did from this era. The back seat has hardly ever been used and the trunk is huge. The car has power front disc brakes and rear drums. Weight is approximately 4659, had a 24.2 gallon fuel tank, and holds 4 qts. of oil. Rear gear differential ratio is 3.07:1. Wheelbase is 124 in. The over all length of the car is 229 in and 79.6 in width. The car will come with the three shop manuals as well. The odometer is correct it has not rolled over. The second owner of the vehicle knew the original owner. The interior is very nice and it alone saves you probably $5,000 as it does not need replaced. This car on it's own should sell for the Buy It Now pricing and with the movie being released the value should just climb easily.

The car is currently in the Nashville, TN area where the movie was shot. If you would like to make arrangements to see the car you may contact Jim O'Rear at Sarcophagi@aol.com. Any questions on the car please either send a message here or email robbin@midwestclassicins.com as he is selling the car for the production company.

This car will be listed on various sites and this listing is subject to being cancelled if sold.
