1967 Mercury Comet Additional Info:

very rare 1967 Mercury Comet 202 post car, these cars are sought after because they are lighter and are more rigid for build a street car, hot rod, race car not to mention you just don't see them around anywhere! This car was a GA car and the frame rails and torque box's, are very solid as well as the shock towers and aprons, there is rust under the trunk lid, in the lower quarter as well as the drops, and some starting in the bottom of the doors on the outside, the drivers floor is gone. The AC components are not hooked up, but are there, the car has a rebuilt 302 that was just installed and runs very well, the c4 trans looks to have been recently rebuilt, but I do not have any paper work to confirm this, the dual exhaust has been recently installed as well. E brake works, but the pedal goes to the floor so the brake system will need to be gone through, the drivers window regulator is very stiff and needs lubed, driver door also does not latch all the trim is in very good condition, grill is nice and straight, bumpers will make good cores for re chrome
