1965 Mercury Comet Caliente Additional Info:

1965 Comet Caliente, selling with "No Reserve" and clean title from 1989. This car has some of the best lines to ever come out of Detroit.

Started to put all back together and ran out of time, bumpers, grills, headlights, turn signals, etc and present or one bolt holding in place. Comes with two sets of wheels, but tires are pretty old. the yellow wheels are the "rare" comet road wheels with caps and trim rings. Tires hold air! Car will need: both quarters, three of the four floor pans, both rear frame rails, and the left and right trunk floor pans next to the gas tank. No interior, except what you see in the pictures. Does come with correct block #6015 with rolling crank, cam, no ridges in cylinders, nts both heads, and a full set of . 030 new pistons with rods, also both small and big block frame mounts. No transmission (c4), Many spare parts as seen in pictures. Glass is pretty good and car rolls good. Great hood, grills, fenders, both shock towers, etc are great, trunk lid looks good and both doors. Battery tray and area looks rust free.

ThisCaliente will make a cool car when completed.
