1963 Rare Mercury S55

1963 Mercury Monterey S55 Additional Info:

For sale is my very rare 1963 Mercury Monterey S55 2dr Hardtop. This car starts and drives just fine. Motor is quiet and 4 speed transmission shifts well. Brakes are good. I had to replace all of the wheel cylinders and the two front brake hoses. I also replaced the gas line with copper tubing. New water pump as well. Gas gauge does not work. AM radio does not work. Car has a new original factory correct alternator. From the photo you can see there is some mouse damage to the rear seat, other than that the interior is in very good shape. The chrome on the car is excellent, which I am finding out, can cost more than getting it painted. Electric rear window works. One down fall is the frame which will need some hole patching. I had a local frame place look at it and said it could be repaired, no problem. I will try and load a video soon. I am offering this car with no reserve so good luck bidding.
