1994 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E320 Additional Info:

1994 Mercedes Benz E-320 Wagon. Two Owner Car. Impeccablymaintained.Very clean. 244,127miles -Rebuilt transmission has 25,000 mi. Non-smoker car.For over 40 years I have been close friends with the original owner. It was his mother's car until she passed. For that reason History Report lists 3 Owners. I bought this car, my 2nd MB wagon, from him 1.5 years ago to have a car available while visiting my ailing mother.
Impeccably maintained.Allservice records. Astro Silver body. Gray leather seats all around. Never wrecked. Dashboard NOT cracked, amazingly. A/C blows cold. Heated front seats. Sunroof. 3rd rear seat. Alpine CD player/ Radio. Hardwired with iPod connector so 'content' from your iPhone, iPad or iPod plays through the car stereo speakers. Rolling Pet guard. Rolling Cargo Area cover. Ultra star halogen bulbs for low, high and fog lamps.Tires had 8000 miles when I bought the car & are 5.5 years old. New spare 1 week old.
Within the past 1.5 years: New Left Catalytic Converter, New Fuel Filter, New Spark Plugs, New Starter Inhibitor Relay, Replaced Drive Shaft Bearings, Replaced Rear RL Brake Pads & Sensors (Ground down rotors to reuse), new Battery, New Air Cabin Filter.
Rebuilt transmission has about 25,000 miles on it, installed Jan/2013 @ 218,997 miles. New Rear Self Leveling suspension installed 4 years ago. Complete wiring harness for engine bay installed 10 years ago. Replaced Front End. Replaced Water Pump. New Rear End. New Half Shafts. Engine additive used for every single oil change. Clean title in hand.
Everything works on it except:~Outside temperature gauge. Always about 20 degrees or so off. (NOT the engine temp gauge)~cannot remove rolling cargo cover to fold down 2/3 bench seat. Easy fix. Saw off dislodged screwhead.~1 of the 6 adjustment options on drivers' power seat control doesn't work. It's the up/down of only the front edge of seat bottom that doesn't work. Non-issue for most. Up/down adj works fine for rear edge of the seat bottom.
Blemishes and imperfections:~Small tear hole in leather drivers side seat about 3/4" -1" round~Drivers seat bottom has some leather cracks~Cracked lense left front headlamp ($125 part eBay)~Small dent left passenger door above the door handle~Epoxy repair left rear fender~Rust inside right rear back panel below back right cargo window rubber gasket. (Expect additional photos of rust area to be uploaded.)~Some cracking on the rubber boots covering both exterior side mirrors~Hairline crack in wooden console between 2 power window buttons~A few minor paint nicks here and there, visible up close typically expected for a much newer car.
Listed in Good condition because it has a touch of rust on the right rear back panel below cargo window. $1,700-2,100 KBB valuation does not factor in new rebuilt transmission or new electrical wiring harness. Make me an offer. Price is not firm. Cashiers check or money order from local bank if we visit the bank together or cash transaction only at the county tax office located in Kendall County. SoldAs-is.
